How do I become a stockist?

In order to become a stockist you must hold an ABN. Simply fill out our application form here and once we verify your ABN you have access to all trade products.

Do I need to be a business to become a stockist?

Yes. We only wholesale to hair salons or sole trader who hold an ABN and cert III in Hairdressing.

When are trade applications approved?

All applications are activated once approved. Once your account is approved you will recieve an activation link.

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?

Plushlocks offers wholesale accounts to verified hairdressing salons, freelance hairdressers and wholesalers. To become a Plushlocks stockist, apply here.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We offer a selection of training: Online, In-house and team training. The Extension Success circle is our new revamped education.

Do you have a wholesale price list?

All of our pricing is currently online in our trade shop in order to gain access you need to have a trade account with Plushlocks.

What extension methods do you offer?

We offer 3 types of methods of extensions. Luxury Flat Wefts, Micro Inivisble Wefts, Classic or Invisible Tapes. Keratin bond coming soon..

What lengths of extensions do you offer?

We offer 20’ in Flat Wefts, 18' and 22' in Micro Wefts and 20' in Classic Tapes

24' coming soon..

Do you stock 24' Flat Weft?

We do not currently stock 24" on a regular basis. These orders are a minimum of 300grams micro weft and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.These are classified as a custom order, please contact our customer service hello@plushlocks.com

What type of hair does Plushlocks use?

Plushlocks uses 100% Russian Remy human hair, Double drawn, with the cuticle of the hair intact and aligned to ensure there is no knotting or matting.

What is the life expectancy of Plushlocks Hair Extensions?

Applying the correct aftercare and products you should receive 8-12 months out of your Plushlocks Hair Extensions.

Where is the hair sourced from?

Plushlocks hair is an ethically sourced from Russia and manufactured in China.

I am a consumer can I buy Plushlocks hair?

We only sell our professional range to registered Plushlocks stockists . If you would like to try our hair click here to find a salon near you.

Can I use hair/styling products listed as extension-safe with Plushlocks?

We understand products other than our recommendations may be listed as extension safe.

However, we cannot guarantee the longevity and health of the extensions if the products we recommend are not used.

Using alternative products is at your own discretion and will interfere with our no matte guarantee.

Do you have a warranty on your hair extensions?
