How much is the appointment?
Please find all pricing in our BROCHURE. As this is a unique, tailored service, all pricing will be determined at your in-person consultation.
How does the consultation process work?
You have the ability to book a FREE in person consultation with one of our hairloss specialists. this will take 30-45 minutes of your time and we will discuss your concerns and which solution is best suited for you.
Is the appointment private?
Yes, all appointments are confidential, in a private space, with the option to opt out of photos or content.
How much is the booking deposit?
You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit between $300-$500 based on the type of service you book. This deposit will be transferred over and is redeemable off your total service price.
How long do closures last?
As we offer multiple methods, longevity will be discussed in your consultation. Some methods are 6-9 months others can require maintenance within 1 year.
Do I need maintenance?
Yes, maintenance appointments are a non-negotiable to support your scalp and biohair health. Mesh/meshless is scheduled every 6 weeks and Skalp 360 is every 4 weeks.
What is included in a refit?
- Safe removal of the closure + wash
- Scalp Treatment, Hot towel + Blow-dry

Can I wash and style my hair as normal?
Yes, but you’ll need to follow specific aftercare guidelines provided by your stylist, and you will also receive an email about the Mesh Integration or Skalp 360 aftercare.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, you may be ble to claim your service with an itemised invoice from us.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do. We are now pricatley registered with ZIP MONEY, this payment method can only be approved once invited by our admin team. We do offer Afterpay using the tap method on our EFTPOS machine with a 1.6% surcharge. Please chat with us as your next appointment
