PlushLocks Academy is Perth’s go-to destination for hair extension training, created with passion to raise the bar in the industry. It’s not just about learning techniques—it’s about building confidence, mastering your craft, and creating amazing results for your clients. I started this academy because I know the industry deserves more—more support, better training, and higher standards. Here, stylists aren’t just learning; they’re growing and thriving in a space designed for their success.

Just like you, I'm a hairdresser, and I know the struggles, the late nights, and the constant hustle it takes to succeed. When I decided to start my own business, I had to get real with myself. That meant figuring out how to streamline my systems, get my finances in order, and ensure every service I offered was worth every dollar I charged. Back in 2018, I made the choice to specialize in hair extensions—and it wasn’t easy. I spent countless hours experimenting, learning, and refining techniques until I found what worked best for me and my clients.

What I realised along the way was that this industry is exploding, and to keep up, I had to adapt and stay ahead. Over the years, I’ve trained over 200 stylists in hair extension techniques and witnessed incredible growth stories. Stylists travel from all over Australia to train with. me because they know i can deliver results. I’m here to keep the industry alive, thriving, and held to the highest standards.

We support you pre training by setting you up with our online portal. This will provide you with all resources you need to set you up for success.

THEORY

Plushlocks pride ourselves on education our students on the importance of scalp science and understand the theory behind all blank canvas's before apply hair extensions.

PRIVATE ACADEMY

We have created a fully equipped safe space to focus on your education. To achieve high results, we will provide you with all the tools required.

POST-TRAINING

Continue your education beyond the training academy. We grant 12 months unlimited access to our pre-training portal, which will allow you to refer back to all useful resources.
