How do I book an appointment?

What if I am unsure on what to book?

Do I need to book a consult in person?

No, all our consults are completed online. Simply contact us and we will send out an online consultation form to your email. Once we have received your form we will be in contact with the best option for your desired service.

How do you match the extensions?

Our stylists are highly trained in matching the extensions to your natural hair. We are a unique salon that stocks the hair within the salon so no pre consult required.

When should I wash my hair before a pull up appointment?

Please ensure you have your hair washed the day or morning prior to your appointment. Your hair must be freshly washed and dried.

When do I need a pull up?

We recommend our clients to have their pull up every 6-8 weeks based on the hair growth.

How do I know how much hair I need?

Our stylists will determine how much hair you require through the online consult form.

What is a PlushVIP?

We have created the perfect reward system for Plushlocks lovers! This membership is for our extension clients who regularly book their
re-tighten services.

All memberships aquire a payment plan through our third party system AGLOW. You will choose your pay cycle of either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
