Wash first

Cleanse with Extend & Protect Shampoo, then rinse well.

Squeeze water out

Gently press hair to remove excess water.

Apply conditioner

Smooth through mid-lengths to ends (avoid bonds, tapes, or scalp).

Comb through

Use a wide-tooth comb for even coverage.

Leave in

2–3 minutes for normal hair, up to 5 minutes if the hair is feeling dehydrated.

Rinse thoroughly

Make sure no product is left in extensions.

Dry gently

Pat with a towel, then apply heat protector before blow-drying.
