BOOKING FEE

All clients are required to pay a booking fee to secure their appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of their actual service. You will receive a link to pay this fee 24hrs after your appointment has been booked. Your appointment will not be confirmed if your fee is not paid in full.

 

ALL booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE

 

All existing clients will be required to leave credit card details to secure their future appointments.

 

CANCELLATION

SERVICES LESS THAN 5HRS OF TIME: 72 HRS CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED

SERVICES 5HRS OR MORE : 4 DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED

IF YOU CANCEL

 

All no show clients and cancellations less than the booking policy will incur a $150 fee or their full deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel or reschedule within the booking policie your deposit will be transfered for any other services within the salon. Your fee will not be refunded.

 

CONFIRMATION TEXTS

We will send you a confirmation text 72hrs before you appointment, Failure to confirm your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment this includes children. (Babies in prams are fine for short appointments) We want to ensure our guests have the best and most relaxing experience so we kindly ask you come alone to your appointments.

 

CONSULTATION FORMS

Please ensure all consultation forms are filled out prior to your appointment. Make sure to read these carefully and fill out every section. Don’t forget to attach pictures where it’s required.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Some of our appointments can take 4+ hours to complete. Please make sure to allow enough for your appointment so we can give you the best results. (Don’t worry we have snacks and coffee!)
