Deposit Requirement - PLUSHLOCKS SIGNATURE PACKAGES + NEW SETS

To secure your appointment for our Plushlocks Signature Packages and/or New set of Plushlocks Hair extensions, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required. Please note that without this deposit, your appointment is not considered secure. This policy helps us cover the significant time and resources allocated for your service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice

We kindly ask that you provide at minimum of 4 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to fill the slot and minimize any potential loss. If you reschedule within he correct timeframe your deposit will be transferable to a new booking or held as a credit.

Confirmation Texts

We will send you a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

No Extra Guests

Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment, including children. (Babies in prams are fine for short appointments.) We want to ensure all our guests have the best and most relaxing experience, so we kindly ask you to come alone to your appointments.

Appointment Times

Some of our appointments can take 4+ hours to complete. Please make sure to allow enough time for your appointment so we can provide the best results. (Don’t worry—we have snacks and coffee!)

Plushlocks Salon Policy for Consultations

Consultation Forms

All new clients are required to complete our online consultation form to ensure you are booked for the correct service and timeframe. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the consultation form is complete, allowing us to assess how we can achieve your hair goals.

If you book online, we will send a follow-up email with the consultation link. Once your consultation form is submitted, if we determine that an alternative service is necessary to meet your hair goals, we will provide an updated quote.

Please be assured that if you wish to continue with your originally booked service, your stylist will do their best to accommodate your needs. Additionally, your stylist will reconsult with you at all appointments to ensure your satisfaction.
